<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police arrested Travis Dwayne Clark Sr. on charges he stabbed a man during a fight that began about garbage bags, according to court records.</p><p>Police said the alleged stabbing victim, Quientin Rone, held Clark, 41, down on the floor inside 312 Blackman St. until officers arrived just after 5 p.m. Wednesday.</p><p>Police called the Blackman Street building an illegal boarding house.</p><p>According to a criminal complaint:</p><p>Officers encountered Linda Powell on the sidewalk stating her boyfriend, Rone, was upstairs holding down Clark who had a knife.</p><p>Rone, wearing a blood-soaked shirt, was spotted holding Clark on the floor with a knife next to Clark&#8217;s head.</p><p>An officer aimed a Taser at Clark&#8217;s chest as Rone was instructed to move away.</p><p>Once Rone released his grip, an officer secured a folding type knife and handcuffed Clark.</p><p>Clark suffered a bloody nose and Rone suffered a stab wound to his left shoulder. They were treated at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.</p><p>Clark&#8217;s father, Howard Clark, told police he had a physical confrontation with Rone before his son allegedly stabbed Rone.</p><p>Clark told police he attacked Rone because Rone was bullying people in the residence about garbage bags and assaulted his father.</p><p>Police said they seized a bag of marijuana from the building.</p><p>Clark was arraigned by District Judge Joseph Zola in Luzerne County Central Court on two counts of aggravated assault and one count each of simple assault and harassment. He was jailed at the county correctional facility for lack of $35,000 bail.</p><style>
