<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; The snow? Not really that bad. Now it&#8217;s the cold you have to watch out for.</p><p>Tuesday&#8217;s storm snarled traffic during the afternoon rush hour, dropping between 3 and 3.5 inches of snow on the Wyoming Valley, according to AccuWeather.com meteorologist Alyson Hoegg. We can expect potential snow squalls on Wednesday, Hoegg said, especially between noon and 2 p.m.</p><p>Low temperatures will be the real headline, however. Wednesday&#8217;s expected high will be 20, Hoegg said, with lows around -5 in the valley. Wednesday night we could see the mercury bottoming out at -10 in higher elevations, such as around Mountain Top and the Back Mountain.</p><style>
