<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police reported a 22-year-old man was shot in the area of Hutson and Metcalf streets early Monday morning.</p><p>Police responded to a gunshot victim on Park Avenue at about 1 a.m.</p><p>The man told police he was walking when he was struck by gunfire discharged from a vehicle. He was transported to a local hospital, police said. </p><p>Police said several shell casings were discovered at Hutson and Metcalf streets.</p><style>
