MMI Preparatory School announces science fair winners

<p>READING &#8212; Albright College awards $12,000 annual Founders Scholarships to high school students with outstanding academic records. Founders Scholars generally rank in the top five percent of their graduating class and demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to service. Local scholarship winners include:</p><p>Locals recognized are:</p><p>&#8226; Michael Palmiero, of Mountain Top. A senior at Crestwood High School, Palmiero is interested in studying Education, Secondary Education (7-12)and Biology.</p><p>&#8226; Alexandria Chura, of West Hazleton. A senior at Hazleton Area High School, Chura is interested in studying History, Political Science and Pre-Law in college.</p><p>&#8226; Ashley Moronta, of Hazleton. A senior at Hazleton Area High School, Moronta is interested in studying Chemistry, Sociology: Criminology and Pre-Law in college.</p><p>&#8226; Mackenzie Rockovich, of West Hazleton. A senior at Hazleton Area High School, Rockovich is interested in studying Biology, Spanish and Pre-Veterinary in college.</p><p>&#8226; Emilee Bobos, of Hanover Twp. A senior at Hanover Area Jr-Sr High School, Bobos is interested in studying Fashion: Merchandising and Business Administration: Management in college.</p><p>&#8226; Lindsey Scorey, of Wilkes Barre. A senior at Holy Redeemer High School, Scorey is interested in studying Psychology: Health Psychology and Women&#8217;s &amp; Gender Studies in college.</p><p>&#8226; Jessica Luna, of Hazleton. A senior at Hazleton Area High School, Luna is interested in studying Accounting, Economics &amp; Finance in college.</p><p>&#8226; Kelsey Przekop, of Nanticoke. A senior at Greater Nanticoke High School, Przekop is interested in studying in the Alpha program for exploring major areas of study in college.</p><p>&#8226; Trinity Skovira, of Shavertown. A senior at Lake-Lehman High School, Skovira is interested in studying in the Alpha program for exploring major areas of study in college.</p><p>&#8226; Eva Sicurella, of Hunlock Creek.
