Back Mountain Chamber sets Business and Community Expo for April 24

<p>Member of the Irem Shrine Circus Committee are planning the upcoming Billy Martin Production for the 70th Annual Irem Shrine Circus to be held April 22 to April 27 at the 109th Field Artillery Armory, Wilkes-Barre.
