Their view: Infrastructure returns as a bipartisan issue

<p>This whole stormwater boondoggle must be stopped now.</p><p>It&#8217;s not required under the federal mandate. It will do nothing to cleanup the river or the Chesapeake Bay.</p><p>Once they get their foot in the door, the fee will keep going up as they create more political jobs.</p><p>U.S. Rep. Paul Kanjorski received millions of dollars to cleanup the river, then many more millions were spent to cleanup the Butler Tunnel and many more millions spent on sewage treatment plants.</p><p>But raw sewage still runs into the river and the Butler Tunnel still leaks dangerous toxic waste into the river. Your school taxes will have to go up to pay for their impervious area. Businesses that are on the edge will have close.</p><p>The average home owner has no effect on the Chesapeake Bay.
