<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police arrested Manuel Henriquez on Wednesday night on charges he sexually assaulted a girl in 2017.</p><p>Police said the mother of a 7-year-old girl reported in May 2017 that her daughter complained to her about Henriquez being in her bedroom. The girl was later questioned by a forensic interviewer at the Luzerne County Children&#8217;s Advocacy Center, according to a criminal complaint.</p><p>Henriquez, 32, of Brown Street, Wilkes-Barre, was arraigned by District Judge James Dixon in Hazle Township on two counts of indecent assault and a single count of endangering the welfare of children. He was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $100,000 bail.</p><style>
