<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Shots rang out in a city neighborhood Tuesday night for the second time in a matter of hours, striking a Dagobert Street home and drawing a massive police presence to the scene.</p><p>Police Chief Joseph Coffay said at least three shots were fired at about 8:45 p.m. Coffay said he believed the incident was <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/news/733878/wb-police-investigate-shots-fired-on-dana-street" target="_blank">tied to another case of gunfire earlier on Dana Street</a> &#8212; and that both were connected to several other cases in recent days, which investigators believe stem from a dispute by two groups of people.</p><p>For the residents of the Dagobert Street house damaged Tuesday night, the bullets caused no injuries but shattered their sense of peace.</p><p>&#8220;We have no drama with anyone,&#8221; said Caitlin Birch, 20, who was at home in the back of 42 Dagobert St. when a bullet came through the front window.</p><p>About 10 people were inside at the time according to Birch, who said her family has lived there for about a year-and-a-half.</p><p>&#8220;This is a good block,&#8221; Birch added.</p><p>Response to the scene included city officers, state police and members of neighboring forces including Ashley and Hanover Township.</p><p>Check back for updates, and see Wednesday&#8217;s Times Leader for more on the story.</p><style>
