Solicitor: Trip probe completed; no word on discipline for county election chief

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police have released new details in the search for three individuals as part of an investigation into the shooting of two Scranton women near South Main Street on Feb. 12.</p><p>According to a post on the Wilkes-Barre City Police Department Facebook page:</p><p>Police are still looking for Sabrina Hoban, 17, of Dupont, Miles Singleton, 20, of Moosic, and Consuela Rodriguez, 17, of Wilkes-Barre.</p><p>The trio allegedly fled a vehicle where Alanah Sobrinski, 19, and Nichole Santiago, 20, both of Scranton, were left for dead with gunshot wounds to their backs.</p><p>Hoban, who police believe is a runaway, was last seen with Singleton at a hotel in Dickson City on Tuesday. Authorities believe Singleton may be suffering from a gunshot wound to his right leg. Rodriguez is also with them and is wanted for a juvenile probation violation.</p><p>Anyone with information is asked to contact the Detectives Division at 570-208-4201.</p><style>
