College Corner: Holy Redeemer grad Lydia Lawson named All-Landmark Conference again

<p>At a recent meeting of the Rotary Club of Dallas, the guest speakers were the officers from the Lake-Lehman Interact Club who came to tell the Rotarians what is happening with their group. Interact Clubs are sponsored by Rotary Clubs who support, energize and inspire young leaders ages 12 to 18 through service and encourage them to become responsible citizens. The Interact officers presented an articulate and well prepared program on the progress and successes they have made this year. They thanked the Dallas Rotarians for their support and itemized this year&#8217;s events, fundraisers and projects designed to help others. Their 32 members meet every Monday after school. Two of their group recently attended Rotary Youth Leadership Camp and that sparked the interest for them to want to get involved in an Interact Club to help their community.
