M&T Bank presents check to Dietrich Theater for educational programming

<p>Since January 2017, Geisinger trauma services has trained more than 10,000 people through the national Stop the Bleed program. In the fall of 2018, the faculty and staff of Saint Jude School were trained on how to help during an emergency prior to medical professionals arriving on the scene. The school has been provided with a Stop the Bleed kit. The kit will assist in the control of bleeding during a traumatic injury. All staff members are fully trained to prevent the 35 percent of fatalities that occur due to blood loss in victims before they arrive at a hospital.
