<p>Looking for a good, inexpensive idea for birthday gifts or other special occasions? Or maybe just want to treat yourself to a little something special? Look for the Hazleton Avenues Rehabilitating Partners (HARP) sales table at the Laurel Mall Spring Community Carnival from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 23.</p><p>Visit the HARP table and buy some chances on some great Tricky Trays consisting of gift certificates, as well as, scratch off lottery tickets. Be on the look-out for the Tricky Tray featuring $100 worth of scratch offs&#8212;an item not to be missed.</p><p>Also, think about buying some lotto tickets for the month of April 2019.</p><p>Buy a HARP Lotto Ticket for the month of April 2019. Tickets are $5 each and are limited to a count of 1000, numbered from 000-999. Return your ticket stub with name/address/phone to the person you&#8217;ve purchased it from. Keep the rest of ticket.</p><p>If the PICK 3 PA Lottery Number selected that April day at the 7 p.m. Drawing Only&#8212;Straight, matches your HARP ticket number at the top of your calendar, then you will have won the amount of money shown on the ticket calendar for that day.</p><p>A HARP member checks the winning numbers daily and checks are mailed to the daily winner by month&#8217;s end.</p><p>Tickets can be purchased up to March 31 or until all are sold, whichever comes first. The drawing takes place April 1-30, 2019 and the winning number each day is based on the PICK 3 PA Lottery Number selected at the Lottery 7 p.m. Drawing Only&#8212;Straight.</p><p>Tickets can also be purchased for $5 each from any member of HARP. If you don&#8217;t know anyone in HARP, send an email to harpaves@gmail.com for further information on how to purchase a ticket.</p><p>Proceeds benefit the clients of Avenues Vocational Employment Services (AVES)-Hazleton and the PossAbilities Program located at 600 S.
