Mountain Top woman pleads guilty to tax charges involving Kingston day spa

<p>HAZLETON &#8212; One of the men shot at a city bar last month has died, marking Luzerne County&#8217;s first homicide of 2019, according to authorities.</p><p>Todd Martin, 51, was one of two men shot at Lucky Charms bar on East Fifth Street on Feb. 19.</p><p>Reports say he died Sunday at Lehigh Valley Hospital near Allentown.</p><p>Hazleton Police Chief Jerry Speziale believes Martin was from the Hazleton area.</p><p>Police were called to the bar at approximately 11:45 p.m. for a report of two men who had been shot and a suspect who fled.</p><p>The next day, Speziale said the two wounded men found on the bar&#8217;s floor were in &#8220;extremely serious condition.&#8221;</p><p>When officers arrived, they provided aid to the gunshot victims before they were rushed to a hospital. Patrol units saturated the area near the bar in an attempt to locate a suspect.</p><p>A man was taken into custody early Feb. 20. However, he was being held on drug counts and has not been charged in the shooting.</p><p>&#8220;The investigation is still ongoing,&#8221; Speziale said Wednesday.</p><p>Lucky Charms, formerly known as the Sports Page, is located between Seybert and Hayes streets.</p><style>
