<p>KINGSTON &#8212; Corine Treslar, owner of the Kingston Corners Building, said Tuesday she is in negotiations with a new tenant to replace the departed Main Bike World.</p><p>Treslar said she has owned the landmark building at the corner of Wyoming Avenue and Market Street since 1997. She said Richard Rosa, owner of Main Bike World, occupied the first-floor space since 1997 &#8212; the business was the first tenant Treslar leased space to when she purchased the site.</p><p>&#8220;I&#8217;m in negotiations with a company to lease the space, which is 4,400 square feet,&#8221; Treslar said. &#8220;But I have a non-disclosure agreement that prevents me from revealing the name or type of business.&#8221;</p><p>Treslar said she anticipates a signed agreement soon and the new tenant will move in within a month or two.</p><p>Treslar said she has an additional 2,500 square-foot space adjacent to the former Main Bike World space on the Wyoming Avenue side of the building.</p><p>Treslar said the second and third floors of the building house 35 apartments. She said most of the tenants have been renting from her long-term.</p><p>The space where Main Bike World leased was formerly rented by Video World, Treslar said. Before that, the space was rented by Klein Candy and before that a Woolworths store.</p><p>&#8220;We&#8217;ve been here a long time,&#8221; she said. &#8220;Over the years, you develop many friendships with your tenants.&#8221;</p><style>
