Hazleton man facing felony drug counts

<p>Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania (FSA NEPA) announced Simon &amp; Co. Jewelers as The Gallery of Dreams sponsor for its upcoming Spring Fling and Auction on Thursday, April 4 at 5:30 p.m. at The Woodlands in Wilkes-Barre.</p><p>&#8220;Attendees will have the opportunity to win a Simon &amp; Co. Jewelers Gallery of Dreams $1,000 gift certificate donated by Emile and Mindy Zafrany, owners of Simon &amp; Co. located on Market Street in Kingston,&#8221; explained Rachel Pugh Blanchard, chair of this year&#8217;s Spring Fling.</p><p>This year&#8217;s Spring Fling has the pleasure of honoring Suzanne Kapral of The Lands at Hillside Farms and the Attorney General Josh Shapiro. Tickets are $125 per person which includes open bar and dinner stations. Event will be emceed by Rabbi Larry Kaplan and both a live and silent auction will be held throughout the evening. Proceeds raised will benefit Family Service Association. Last fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, 1,131 kinship connections and 90 kinship placements were made through the Family Finding program; trauma was reduced for 61 children through the provision of coordinated forensic interviews in their Children&#8217;s Center; there was a 84.5% non-recidivation rate through the High Risk Youth Program; and there was a 19.8% increase in the call volume for Help Line/ 2-1-1.</p><style>
