<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Florescent blue lights in a public restroom aimed at preventing drug users from injecting needles into their veins did not deter a large drug deal, authorities say.</p><p>State agents allege nearly 30 grams of fentanyl were sold for $4,000 in a restroom stall at Turkey Hill on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, just one of several drug sales linked to the arrests of Steve Wilson, 30, and his brother, Anthony Wilson, 30.</p><p>Court records say Steve Wilson, known as &#8220;Bones,&#8221; of 321 W. Shawnee Ave., and Anthony Wilson, known as &#8220;Scoob,&#8221; of 317 W. Shawnee Ave., both in Plymouth, trafficked large amounts of raw heroin and fentanyl from their homes since August.</p><p>According to the criminal complaints:</p><p>Agents set up to buy 1,000 heroin packets from a dealer known on the street as &#8220;Sha&#8221; in late August. &#8220;Sha&#8221; couldn&#8217;t handle the amount and directed the agent to call &#8220;Bones.&#8221;</p><p>After several calls and text messages, Steve Wilson arrived in the area of West Main and Wadham streets, Plymouth, where he sold 15 grams of raw heroin for $2,000.</p><p>Two months after the August raw heroin sale, agents reached out to &#8220;Bones&#8221; to buy $4,500 of heroin.</p><p>&#8220;Bones&#8221; sent a text with &#8220;his man&#8217;s (phone) number&#8221; that set up a deal at Turkey Hill in Wilkes-Barre.</p><p>Agents set up surveillance outside the store and spotted a man standing next to a vehicle at the gasoline pump island but not refueling the vehicle. The man followed the buyer into the restroom where $4,000 was exchanged for nearly 30 grams of what turned out to be fentanyl, not heroin.</p><p>Arrangements were made in early January to again buy heroin from &#8220;Bones,&#8221; who sent his brother, Anthony Wilson, to deliver 14 grams of fentanyl in the 200 block of West Main Street in Plymouth.</p><p>A fourth drug buy from &#8220;Bones&#8221; occurred in early February when Steve Wilson sold 250 heroin packets and 23 grams of raw heroin in the same area on West Main Street.</p><p>Steve Wilson and Anthony Wilson were arraigned by District Judge Brian Tupper in Kingston Township on multiple counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, criminal conspiracy and corrupt organizations. They were jailed for lack of $250,000 bail each.</p><style>
