<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police obtained arrest warrants for two men they say shot a man who nearly lost an arm inside the high rise at the Sherman Hills apartment complex.</p><p>Police allege Tyson T. Campbell, 30, fired multiple rounds inside a sixth-floor apartment striking Shawn Sweet on Dec. 10.</p><p>Sweet was shot at least once as missed rounds passed through a wall into another apartment where two people slept, court records say.</p><p>District Judge Thomas Malloy on Friday authorized arrest warrants for Campbell, last known address as Apt. 313 Sherman Hills, and an accomplice, Zaheem Abdul Smith, 24, also known as &#8220;Skee,&#8221; last known address as 5319 Webster St., Philadelphia.</p><p>Police said surveillance videos recorded Campbell and Smith walking together in a sixth-floor hallway before and after the shooting. A video also shows a handgun in Campbell&#8217;s waistband, court records say.</p><p>According to criminal complaints:</p><p>Police responded to a shooting on the sixth floor and encountered an injured Sweet, who told officers his arm was &#8220;hanging off.&#8221;</p><p>Sweet had a shirt wrapped around his injured arm and used electrical wire as a tourniquet. He was treated at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Plains Township.</p><p>Sweet told police one of the suspects he knows as &#8220;Skee,&#8221; whom police identified as Smith.</p><p>Police suspect three rounds were fired, with one striking Sweet. Two other rounds missed Sweet.</p><p>A spent round was found under a soap dish in a bathroom, and another spent round was located in a bedroom wall of an adjacent apartment where two people slept.</p><p>Sweet told police Smith called him earlier in the day wanting to talk. He later encountered two men wearing masks at his door asking them, &#8220;Who are you?&#8221;</p><p>One of the suspects replied, &#8220;You know what this is about, back up in the house,&#8221; the complaint says.</p><p>Sweet said one of the men fired a handgun when he attempted to close the door.</p><p>Campbell and Smith are charged with two counts of aggravated assault, and one count each of criminal conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, simple assault and defiant trespass. Campbell is further charged with discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure and firearms not to be carried without a license.</p><style>
