<p>PLAINS TWP. &#8212; Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Sunday, April 28 event at Mohegan Sun Pocono with Saquon Barkley has been canceled.</p><p>This is the second time Barkley cancelled to appear at the casino. The former Penn State star and the 2018 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year for the New York Giants, canceled his March 24 visit at Mohegan Sun Pocono, citing travel issues.</p><p>Barkley, 22, was to be featured at a question-and-answer session at 3 p.m. on April 28 hosted by WNEP sports anchor Jim Coles.</p><p>Barkley thrilled football fans everywhere in his rookie season, playing all 16 games, scoring 15 touchdowns and running for 1,307 yards, while adding 721 yards receiving. His stellar play resulted in first-team All-Pro honors, a Pro Bowl selection, as well as Rookie of the Year.</p><p>In three seasons at Penn State, Barkley amassed more than 5,000 total yards from scrimmage while scoring 51 times.</p><style>
