<p>The Rotary Club of Wilkes-Barre and the Osterhout Free Library announce the winner of the second annual All &#8220;Fore&#8221; Books Mini Golf Classic hole-in-one raffle. The $500 winner is Jake Orhin, of Bear Creek. The Mini Golf Classic was held March 24 inside the library. Funds raised from the Mini Golf Classic benefit year-round children&#8217;s programs held at the library and its three branches throughout the city.
