<p>Intercollegiate Leadership Wilkes-Barre (ICL) announces the commencement of its 2019 Class. The graduation ceremony, sponsored by Misericordia University, was held March 26.</p><p>ICL is an exclusive leadership program that empowers students to become progressive agents of positive change within their schools, communities and future careers. Participants build leadership skills needed to adapt and thrive in challenging academic and professional environments, learn about personal behavioral and communication styles, connect with students and staff from six regional schools, engage an accomplished group of community leaders from varying professional fields, as well as the government, public and private sector and have access to Community Connections, a coveted job shadowing opportunity among our alumni base made up of nearly 2,500 professionals.</p><style>
