Trump’s sister retires, negating judicial ethics complaints

<p>KINGSTON &#8212; Kingston police charged an Edwardsville man with having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl.</p><p>Donald Myles Cool, 23, of Roosevelt Street, admitted he had a relationship with the teen having sex numerous times in houses and tents, according to the criminal complaint.</p><p>Police said Cool was 22 when he was involved with the girl.</p><p>During an interview with police, Cool claimed the girl was his cousin and initially denied having any sexual contact with her. He told police he let people believe they were dating because the girl was having problems with an ex-boyfriend, the complaint says.</p><p>Police said the girl became pregnant and gave birth.</p><p>Cool was asked by police what are the chances of him being identified as the father by DNA testing at which he replied, &#8220;No way like 10 percent,&#8221; then he responded &#8220;If holding hands can get you pregnant,&#8221; the complaint says.</p><p>Cool was arraigned Thursday by District Judge Matthew C. Christopher in Shickshinny on charges of statutory sexual assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors. He was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $25,000 bail.</p><style>
