<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A city couple in Florida was alerted to a burglar inside their residence as they viewed online security cameras early Friday morning, according to court records.</p><p>Police responded to the residence just before 12:30 a.m. when the couple noticed someone inside via video.</p><p>The Times Leader is not identifying the location as the couple are still away.</p><p>When officers arrived, they spotted Selina Pagen, 39, of Carlisle Street, Wilkes-Barre, sitting inside a vehicle.</p><p>Pagen claimed she was waiting for a friend but didn&#8217;t know her friend&#8217;s name, court records say.</p><p>As officers spoke to Pagen, an exterior light turned on at the house.</p><p>Officers noticed an open side door and found Michael Arcay-Ocasio, 36, inside a living room holding an electronic device.</p><p>Arcay-Ocasio claimed he belonged at the house but police later learned the residence is owned by his brother, who is in Florida.</p><p>Police maintained contact with the couple in Florida while questioning Arcay-Ocasio. The couple told police Arcay-Ocasio did not have permission to be inside the residence, court records say.</p><p>Police allege Arcay-Ocasio had jewelry in his pockets taken from a dresser in a second floor bedroom.</p><p>Arcay-Ocasio allegedly told police his brother owed him money and believed he was set-up by his brother.</p><p>Police said Pagen was acting as a look-out while Arcay-Ocasio was inside the house, court records say.</p><p>Arcay-Ocasio was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, loitering and prowling at night and criminal conspiracy. Pagen was charged with criminal conspiracy and loitering and prowling at night.</p><p>Arcay-Ocasio and Pagen were arraigned by District Judge Brian James Tupper in Kingston Township and released on $25,000 and $10,000 unsecured bail, respectively.</p><style>
