The following are recent Luzerne County restaurant inspection reports from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. According to the agency: &#8220;Any inspection is a &#8216;snapshot&#8217; of the day and time of the inspection. An inspection conducted on any given day may not be representative of the over all, long-term cleanliness of an establishment. Facility will use the hand sink in beer store until repaired. Observed 15-20 rodent pellets in the dry storage cabinets of the facility. Hot water was turned off at the hand wash sink in the cash service area of the facility due to water line break. Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the cash service area. Soap was provided during this inspection. Observed one gallon of whole milk with a sell by date of 04/29/19 in dairy cooler for sale. Milk was removed voluntarily and disposed of. Observed a build up of residues on the alongside and on the back of the ice dispensing area on the self-serve beverage machines.
