Demolition to breathe life into dormant WB development plan

<p>PLAINS TWP. &#8212; Two people were killed in an accident on Interstate 81 in Plains Township Tuesday morning.</p><p>State police at Wyoming said Ryan Bieble, 40, of Hanover Township, and Rachael McCuen, 29, of Kingston, died as a result of the accident near mile marker 170.6 just before 6 a.m.</p><p>Troopers believe Bieble lost control of a vehicle he was operating while negotiating a curve on the interstate.</p><p>Bieble&#8217;s vehicle struck the end of a guide rail and overturned several times.</p><p>Bieble and McCuen were ejected from the vehicle.</p><p>They were pronounced dead at the scene, state police said.</p><p>Southbound traffic on the interstate was backed up to Dupont as emergency crews were at the scene. A crane was used to remove the overturned vehicle from the woods.</p><p>McCuen was the daughter of Hugo Selenski, who was convicted in 2015 by a Luzerne County jury of killing two people in May 2002.</p><style>
