<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police arrested two men on charges they threatened a witness involved in a drug case in Wilkes-Barre Township.</p><p>Police allege Jeffrey Johnson, 22, of Lehigh Street, Wilkes-Barre, and Allen Rashawn Younger, 25, of Jacksonville, Fla., went looking for a woman in the area of Mundy Street at about 8 p.m. Thursday.</p><p>When they couldn&#8217;t find the woman, police allege Johnson and Younger spotted her boyfriend who ran from the duo when a handgun was brandished.</p><p>According to the criminal complaints:</p><p>A resident of Mundy Street told police she was sitting on her porch when a man wearing a sweatsuit asked her if a woman walked down the street.</p><p>A few minutes later, a Chevrolet sped the wrong way on Mundy Street and abruptly stopped.</p><p>A man wearing a black Adidas sweatshirt and a Hispanic woman got out of the Chevrolet and approached a man walking. The Hispanic woman yelled, &#8220;Just hit him,&#8221; and the man with the Adidas sweatshirt brandished a firearm but did not aim the weapon.</p><p>Police said the man ran from the gunman to a nearby residence where officers later found him.</p><p>Police said the man was reluctant to speak but a woman inside her house allegedly provided information about the confrontation.</p><p>She claimed she was a witness when Tiauna Marie Wicks, 19, of Wilkes-Barre, was arrested by Wilkes-Barre Township police on Wednesday. Court records say Wicks was charged with drug trafficking offenses by township police.</p><p>She also claimed she was walking on Corbett Lane at about 7:50 p.m. Thursday when Wicks and her boyfriend, no name listed, approached her in a Chevrolet saying, &#8220;You put us in jail, b****,&#8221; the complaints say.</p><p>Police said the witness reported her hair was pulled and Wicks&#8217; boyfriend brandished a gun yelling, &#8220;You better run faster because I&#8217;m going to shoot you for getting us arrested,&#8221; according to the complaints.</p><p>The witness ran to her residence and waited for her boyfriend, who was confronted on Mundy Street.</p><p>Police located the Chevrolet on Ralph Street where Johnson and Younger were arrested. Johnson had on a black Adidas sweatshirt, police said.</p><p>Younger claimed he was delivering pizza and denied being in the area.</p><p>Wicks, who was released on bail at about 5 p.m. Thursday, spoke to police on the telephone admitting she was with Younger and Johnson but refused to elaborate.</p><p>Johnson and Younger were arraigned Friday by District Judge David Barilla Jr. in Forty Fort on charges of intimidation of witness or victim, simple assault, terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person. They were jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $75,000 bail each.</p><style>
