Grumpy Cat, who entertained millions online, dies at age 7

<p>BERWICK &#8212; Police are searching for two men they consider armed and dangerous and arrested three people in a drug raid that shut down a residence on North Market Street on Thursday.</p><p>Police and the Columbia-Montour Special Weapons and Tactics team served a search warrant at 811 N. Market St. after several controlled purchases of heroin and methamphetamine were made. </p><p>Charles Hess Sr., 56, was jailed on a warrant from the Luzerne County Sheriff&#8217;s Department.</p><p>His son, Charles William Hess Jr., 29, was charged with two counts each of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance. He was jailed at the Columbia County Prison for lack of $100,000 bail.</p><p>Tyia Starr, 23, of Berwick, was arrested on charges she informed the residents of the North Market Street house of the impending search warrant, police said.</p><p>Starr was charged with 16 counts of reckless endangerment and a single count of obstruction of justice. She was jailed at the Columbia County Prison for lack of $250,000 bail.</p><p>Police said Damon Magnuson, 20, and Zachary Parker, 18, both of Berwick, are wanted on drug trafficking charges. Magnuson and Parker are considered by police as being armed and dangerous.</p><p>Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Magnuson and Parker is asked to call Berwick police at 570-752-3677.</p><style>
