<p>The Wyoming Valley Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution recently presented an American flag to the Plymouth Borough Building. The Wyoming Valley Chapter, founded in 1891, is the oldest chapter in the state. Pictured are Heather H. Ruseskas, left, vice-regent, and Holly Spece, Plymouth Borough secretary/treasurer. Any woman 18 years of age or older, regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background, who can prove lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution is eligible for membership.
