Students from Kennedy Early Childhood Center win poetry contest

<p>Attorney Michael J. Foley of the Foley Law Firm presented a lecture at the National Business Institute seminar in Wilkes-Barre entitled &#8220;Workers&#8217; Compensation from A to Z.&#8221; </p><p>Foley presented a paper on the &#8220;Constitutionality of Impairment Rating Evaluations,&#8221; teaching lawyers how best to challenge the constitutionality of impairment rating evaluations. He also lectured at the American Association of Justice National Webinar on discovery involving electronic health records on the topics &#8220;Discoverability of Audit Trails: Fighting Litigation</p><p>Games.&#8221;</p><p>Foley has long been named to Best Lawyers in America in Workers&#8217; Compensation, Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury. He was named as Best Lawyers of America 2017 Lawyer of the Year in Northeastern Pennsylvania in medical malpractice.</p><p>Foley is past president of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (2008-2009) and a former Pennsylvania Governor of the Board of the American Association for Justice. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court cited a paper Foley authored in the 2013 landmark case Phoenixville v. WCAB.</p><style>
