Public Square rally calls for protection of LGBTQ rights

<p>Shane Robinson clubbed two home runs to lead an offensive surge by the Lehigh Valley IronPigs on Saturday night as they defeated the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders 12-3 in Allentown.</p><p>Robinson got the IronPigs on the board early clubbing two-run home run in the first inning.</p><p>Rob Brantly made it 3-0 in the bottom of the fourth with a solo home run before the RailRiders got on the board with Mike Ford RBI double to cut the score to 3-1.</p><p>However, the Iron Pigs put the game away, scoring nine runs over the next three innings.</p><p>Nick Williams got things stated off with an RBI double in the fifth, followed by a two-run double by Brantly. Lance Adams finished the scoring in the fifth with an RBI single.</p><p>Robinson added a solo home run in the sixth and an RBI walk in the seventh before Adam Haseley drove in the final two IronPig runs with a bases-loaded single.</p><p>In the eighth, Mike Ford hit his eighth home run of the season and Logan Morrison had an RBI single to close out the scoring.</p><p>Randall Delgado (1-3) was tagged with the loss. He lasted just 4 1/3 innings, allowing six runs, five earned, on five hits. He struck out seven while walking three.</p><p>Cole Irvin picked up the win for Lehigh Valley, going seven innings and allowing one run on six hits while striking out six.</p><style>
