<p>KINGSTON &#8212; A Wilkes-Barre man had a medical emergency while driving a vehicle stolen from an auto dealership he set on fire late Wednesday night, court records say.</p><p>Phillip Thomas Brazill, 33, of Edison Street, was arrested when police located him at Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre early Thursday morning.</p><p>Police allege Brazill set fire in the basement of a storage building at DelBalso Ford on Market Street and fled in a Ford Fusion just after 10 p.m. Wednesday. While driving the stolen vehicle on River Street in Forty Fort, Brazill had a medical emergency and was transported to Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre, court records say.</p><p>In an unrelated case, Brazill is on parole on charges he smashed a window at the Wine and Spirits store on South Main Street, Wilkes-Barre, on Dec. 27, 2018. Brazill swung a sledgehammer several times before he smashed a window at the liquor store.</p><p>City police said surveillance cameras recorded Brazill entering through the broken window and stealing three bottles of whiskey leaving behind a blood trail, court records say.</p><p>Brazill pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and was paroled April 18 when given credit for 13 days time served at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.</p><p>According to the criminal complaint filed by Kingston police:</p><p>Kingston/Forty Fort firefighters responded to DelBalso for heavy smoke coming from a building used as storage at about 11:15 p.m. Wednesday. Firefighters and police noticed a door window was smashed.</p><p>Firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze that was contained to the basement.</p><p>State police deputy fire marshal Trooper Karri Dodson determined the fire was intentionally set.</p><p>Surveillance cameras at the dealership recorded a man, identified as Brazill, carrying a duffel bag attempting to enter locked vehicles and smashing a door window just after 10 p.m.</p><p>Brazill remained in the building and then appeared on surveillance cameras exiting and entering an unlocked vehicle. Brazill exited the vehicle and entered a Ford driving away, the complaint says.</p><p>Police said cameras recorded smoke emitting from the building at 10:36 p.m.</p><p>Later, Forty Fort police reported a man matching the description of Brazill was taken to the hospital. Police located the Ford parked on River Street in Forty Fort.</p><p>Brazill was arraigned by District Judge James J. Haggerty in Luzerne County Central Court on two counts of arson and one count each of burglary, theft and criminal mischief. He was jailed at the county correctional facility for lack of $75,000 bail.</p><style>
