Applications now available for Executive Leadership Wilkes-Barre program

<p>The Rotary Club of Wilkes-Barre recently made a donation of $8,200 to the Osterhout Free Library. The funds were raised via the second Annual All &#8220;Fore&#8221; Books Mini Golf Classic held March 24 at the Osterhout Free Library.The donation will benefit children&#8217;s programs held throughout the year at the Osterhout Library and its three branches.	The mini golf classic media partners were Times Leader and WBRE-TV.
