Their view: Pennsylvania laws are behind the times

<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; An autopsy was performed Monday on a body found in the Susquehanna River near Plymouth over the weekend.</p><p>Luzerne County Coroner Dan Hughes said the cause and manner of death is pending a state police investigation. Hughes said he could not release the gender of the body due to the investigation.</p><p>Identification will be made by dental records, Hughes said.</p><p>Forensic pathologist Dr. Gary Ross performed the autopsy.</p><p>A boater reported seeing a body floating in the river at about 2:30 p.m. Saturday. Rescue crews recovered the body near Bridge Street in Plymouth.</p><style>
