Kiwanis Club of Dallas inducts new member Melissa Youngblood

Wyoming Seminary graduating students inducted into Cum Laude Society

<p>The Kiwanis Club of Dallas recently presented its annual Key Club scholarships.</p><p>This year&#8217;s scholarship award recipient from Dallas High School Class of 2019 was Emily Fleming who will attend American University in Washington, D. C., to major in Biochemistry with a minor in Public Health.</p><p>Fleming was a member of the Dallas Key Club for four years and held positions of president during her senior and junior years and secretary as a sophomore. While serving as Key Club president, she coordinated fundraising events for Northeastern Cancer Institute&#8217;s CASUAL Day for colon cancer awareness and hosted a Penny Wars competition school-wide, donating all proceeds to March of Dimes. She was involved in additional community service projects with other educational, civic and community organizations.</p><style>
