<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A trial date has been set for a man who police say fired shots into a Wilkes-Barre home in February which was occupied at the time.</p><p>Onje Crowder, 19, appeared before Luzerne County Judge Joseph F. Sklarosky Jr. on Thursday, appearing on two counts each of aggravated assault, discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure and recklessly endangering another person.</p><p>The Wilkes-Barre man is also facing a seventh charge of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault.</p><p>Crowder was arrested in mid-March, nearly a month after he allegedly fired a shot into a Lockhart Street home that was occupied by multiple people at the time, including an 8-year-old child.</p><p>No one was injured in the Feb. 18 incident.</p><p>Crowder is accused of being the gunman in the incident, firing the shots from a vehicle being driven by Jyzah Morgan, 22.</p><p>Crowder was found while police were serving a warrant on a Bradford Street home, searching for him hiding in a basement. He was formally charged only days after the shooting, but remained on the lam until March.</p><p>He was taken into custody without incident.</p><p>Morgan, meanwhile, was taken into custody shortly after the incident. He&#8217;s facing the similar charges to Crowder, without the reckless endangerment charges but with an additional count of tampering with evidence. The Pittston man allegedly removed a spoiler from his vehicle and added tints to the windows in an attempt to avoid capture.</p><p>During a brief hearing on Thursday, Crowder entered a formal plea of not guilty to the charges against him through his attorney, Allyson Kacmarski. Sklarosky set the trial date for Oct. 21.</p><p>Crowder was remanded to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility, where he&#8217;s currently being held after having been denied bail.</p><p>Morgan is currently out on $100,000 straight cash bail, which he posted shortly after his arrest. He&#8217;ll be in court next on Sept. 23 for his own trial.</p><style>
