<p>RICE TWP. &#8212; A cellphone seized by township police when they arrested a Long Island, N.Y., man on allegations he was having sex with a 14-year-old girl contained nearly 800 pictures and videos of the teenager engaged in lewd acts or without wearing clothes.</p><p>Shuli Li, 22, of West Sayville, N.Y., was arrested when police encountered him inside a vehicle having sex with the teenager when parked in a wooded area near the Valley Stream Trailer Park on May 11.</p><p>Li&#8217;s cellphone was seized and later transported to the state police Computer Crime Lab.</p><p>Police in court records say a forensic examination identified 780 pictures and videos of the teenage girl without clothes or engaged in sex acts out of 1,161 items extracted from Li&#8217;s cellphone.</p><p>Li was arraigned Tuesday by District Judge Ferris Webby in Luzerne County Central Court on a single count of child pornography. He was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.</p><p>Li is facing charges of statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors in county court related to the alleged incident inside the vehicle with the girl on May 11. He was released from jail after posting $100,000 bail on May 12.</p><p>Court records say an officer approached a suspicious vehicle parked near a wooded area posted no trespassing near the trailer park.</p><p>Li said he didn&#8217;t have any drugs in the vehicle despite the officer not asking him about drugs. Li told the officer he was &#8220;just hanging out&#8221; with the passenger, who was later identified as the 14-year-old girl.</p><p>The officer discovered used napkins and a used condom near the passenger door, court records say.</p><p>Li and the teen denied knowing about the items outside the vehicle but later the teen said she was there with Li to have sex.</p><p>Li admitted to police he knew he was having sex with a 14-year-old, explaining they hooked up several times and he would pick her up at their &#8220;meeting spot&#8221; near the mailboxes at the trailer park, court records say.</p><style>
