<p>NANTICOKE &#8212; A 58-year-old man was arrested Friday for alleged heroin sales, police state in a news release.</p><p>Nanticoke police executed a search warrant at 625 S. Walnut St. following an investigation into heroin sales within the city.</p><p>Tyrone Anthony Davis was arrested for felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.</p><p>Davis was arraigned by District Judge Donald Whittaker, Nanticoke, and lodged at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $100,000 bail. A preliminary hearing was scheduled at Luzerne County Central Court for Sept. 11.</p><p style="text-align: right;"><em> &#8212; Staff report</em></p><style>
