Misericordia University plans open house for Sept. 28

<p>Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania (FSA NEPA) will hold its 124th annual meeting luncheon Monday, Sept. 9 at noon at the Holiday Inn East Mountain, Wilkes-Barre.</p><p>The Community Leader of the Year Award will be presented to Michael Zimmerman for his unwavering dedication to FSA NEPA and our community.</p><p>The Albert N.
