<p>The Luzerne County-owned Fire Fighters&#8217; Memorial Bridge (Water Street) over the Susquehanna River between Pittston and West Pittston is temporarily closed so a consultant can complete an annual inspection, county officials said. Inspection of the 1,500-foot steel truss span may take several days, they said.</p><style>
