DALLAS TWP. &#8212; First responders in the Back Mountain believe they found the source that caused oil to seep into a creek along Lower Demunds Road this morning.A broken valve on an oil tank was located about 30 minutes after first responders arrived at the creek called Trout Brook just after 10 a.m.About 100 gallons of oil leaked from the tank causing oil to seep into the creek.First responders remain at the scene.
