New Luzerne County flood maps could mean higher insurance for some

<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; Township police said they plan to charge Joseph Mirra, 35, of Hanover Township, after investigating gunfire on Fellows Avenue late Monday night.</p><p>Police say they encountered Mirra after investigating shots fired at the end of Fellows Avenue at about 10:10 p.m. Mirra was allegedly in possession of two handguns, police said.</p><p>Police said Mirra was processed and released. Charges are expected to be filed against Mirra, police said. </p><style>
