<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; City police said heroin packets stamped &#8220;King of Death&#8221; fell from the pants of Makai Cook, 19, as he was being searched after his arrest on marijuana possession on Wednesday.</p><p>Police allege Cook was a passenger inside a vehicle stopped for an equipment violation in the 500 block of North River Street just after 6 p.m.</p><p>Cook was allegedly sitting on a bag filled with marijuana.</p><p>Police said Cook was transported to police headquarters for processing.</p><p>As Cook was being processed, heroin packets fell from his pants, according to court records.</p><p>Police had Cook remove his pants causing additional heroin packets to fall to the floor and a bag of marijuana concealed within his underwear, court records say.</p><p>Cook was arraigned Thursday in Luzerne County Central Court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, tampering with evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and unsworn falsification to authorities. He was jailed at the county correctional facility for lack of $1,500 bail.</p><style>
