Doyle McManus: It’s beginning to smell a lot like Watergate

<p>The Rolling Mill Hill Residents&#8217; Association was founded and organized in 2016 under the guidance and mentoring of Councilman Tony Brooks.</p><p>He assembled a group of neighbors who wanted to make a difference in their community by helping each other fulfilling his promise to improve neighborhoods and bring residents together.</p><p>Over the past four years, our group has provided a Free Halloween Party for over 400 hundred children each year from all over the valley. We have participated in numerous city events as well as joining with and supporting South Wilkes-Barre and Downtown Residents associations in their activities.</p><p>Also, we organize continuous cleanups of parks and streets throughout Rolling Mill Hill area, and we were happy to be a part of the renovation and upgrading of Spruce Street Park, along with residents, this past summer.</p><p>We are all volunteers working together to give back to the community and our city.
