<p>TOBYHANNA &#8212; A man from Allentown was cited with harassment and other offenses when he allegedly stormed onto a field during a youth football game on Sunday.</p><p>Pocono Mountain Regional Police said they responded to the youth football game outside the Clear Run Elementary Center for an irate parent just before 1 p.m.</p><p>Police said Juan Roberto Rodriguez, 31, crossed a rope line and stormed onto the field after what he believed was a poor non-call penalty. Rodriguez approached an 8-year-old child for the opposing team and sternly grabbed the child&#8217;s arm, police said.</p><p>Police said parents from the opposing team got involved until officers arrived.</p><p>Rodriguez was ejected from school property and the youth football league is expected to ban him from future events, police said.</p><p>Police said Rodriguez was cited with harassment, disorderly conduct and trespass.</p><style>
