NFL: Cowboys defense lacking impact of promising unit from 2018

<p>KINGSTON &#8212; Investigation of a possible bomb threat at Wyoming Valley West Middle School found no credible evidence, borough police said Thursday night.</p><p>Police responded to the school on Chester Street at about 5:45 p.m. They requested K9 assistance from the Scranton Police Department and Pennsylvania State Police for a search of the school.</p><p>&#8220;No credible evidence of a bomb or any subsequent threat was found&#8221; and district officials were notified, a release from Police Chief Richard Kotchik stated.</p><p>Superintendent Irv DeRemer and School Board President Joe Mazur said a custodial staff member made the report based on something observed while cleaning desks, which was followed by a thorough police search.</p><p>&#8220;They went through the whole building and found nothing,&#8221; Mazur said.</p><p>DeRemer said all schools will open as scheduled at the usual time on Friday, DeRemer said.</p><p style="text-align: right;"><em> &#8212; Roger DuPuis</em></p><style>
