Hamlin wins chaotic NASCAR cut-off race at Kansas Speedway

<p>Former Vice President and current Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden will visit Scranton on Wednesday to deliver an economic policy address, his campaign announced Sunday.</p><p>The venue for Wednesday&#8217;s event was still listed as &#8220;to be announced&#8221; in an email distributed by the campaign, but doors will open at 9:30 a.m. and the event will begin at 10 a.m., the email added.</p><p>Members of the public who wish to attend can RSVP online at <a href="https://www.mobilize.us/joebiden/event/143547/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">https://www.mobilize.us/joebiden/event/143547/</a>.</p><p>The news follows information obtained late last week that Biden <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/news/759216/source-biden-to-appear-at-fox-hill-country-club" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">will appear at the Fox Hill Country Club in Exeter Tuesday evening</a> for what is believed to be a private, invitation-only event.</p><p>Biden&#8217;s swing through Northeastern Pennsylvania <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/news/759204/details-released-on-vp-pence-monday-visit-to-schott-in-duryea" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">will follow Vice President Mike Pence&#8217;s private visit to Schott North America Inc., in Duryea on Monday</a>.</p><style>
