Misericordia University to present ‘The Drowsy Chaperone’

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; South Franklin Street will be closed between West Northampton and West Market streets on Tuesday, Nov. 19, and Wednesday, Nov. 20, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Access to Boscov&#8217;s, The Westmoreland Club and businesses off Anheuser Lane will be allowed and flaggers will be stationed at West Northampton Street to help coordinate with people who need to get to those locations.</p><p style="text-align: right;"><em> &#8212; Staff report</em></p><style>
