<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling on North Washington Street near Coughlin High School in Wilkes-Barre after a section of the roadway near a manhole collapsed Friday afternoon.</p><p>&#8216;It is a sinkhole,&#8217; said Butch Frati, the city&#8217;s director of operations, said.</p><p>Barricades were put up and the city will get in there either Saturday or Monday, he said. Utility companies will be contacted to identify any lines in the area, Frati said.</p><p>Typically, when this happens around a manhole it&#8217;s sewer related, Frati said.</p><style>
