Ex-governor defends pardon of man convicted of child rape

<p>NANTICOKE &#8212; Police on Friday identified the suspect in a robbery earlier this week of the Citizens Bank on 75 N. Market St.</p><p>An arrest warrant was issued for Duwan Antonio Raymond. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911 to speak to an officer.</p><p>Police alleged Raymond entered the bank on Dec. 18 and told a teller he was armed. Raymond allegedly fled on foot across Market Street, behind the post office and up Coal Street.</p><style>
