House approves bill that would halt closure of White Haven, Polk centers

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Waller Street will be closed temporarily Friday for work on the Solomon Creek flood wall project.</p><p>The street will be closed from Division to Horton streets between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Crews will be working in the area, tying in a manhole to the existing system and building the wall.</p><p>Motorists are asked to find an alternate route.</p><style>
