SHICKSHINNY &mdash; A Nescopeck man will face aggravated assault and child endangerment charges in Luzerne County Court in connection to the death of his 11-week old son.
				Jeffrey Blake Hutcheson, 22, of West Third Street, appeared for a preliminary hearing before District Judge Matthew C. Christopher who forwarded charges of aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children to county court.
				State police charged Hutcheson after his baby, Terran Jayce Hutcheson, died at Berwick Hospital on Sept. 28.
				According to court records: 
				Hutcheson and his girlfriend, Alanna Supon, drove their baby to the hospital after finding the boy unresponsive.
				When troopers interviewed Hutcheson, he claimed he put the baby to sleep on a couch and went upstairs to sleep. He was awakened in the middle of the night when the baby began crying, and he went downstairs and laid down beside the baby.
				Hutcheson claimed the baby fell back to sleep and when he awoke, he noticed the baby was not breathing.
				The infant had injuries to his mouth and head and broken ribs, court records say.
				Hutcheson has not been charged in the infant&rsquo;s death but state police say criminal homicide charges are pending once results of the autopsy are returned.
				Hutcheson remains jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $250,000 bail.
